The property's location in the middle of Jackson was comfy. It is really close to the Sioux City area, restaurants, and both the Southern Hills Mall and Lakeport Commons, offering great shopping and dining options.

Quality of room and cleanliness were excellent.

Location may be a bit far those who need to go to downtown Sioux City. Continental breakfast quite good but full restaurant facilities would be much better.

Brilliantly helpful and very amiable staff as one would expect. The location of the hotel is favourable, just off never both the Southern Hills Mall and the Lakeport Commons which both have great shopping and restaurants. Again, the venue is 1 mile from Cone Park.

This place has a convenient location near fast food restaurants and a nice breakfast with a variety of hot food options.

The hotel is in a great location near Southern Hills Mall and Lakeport Commons. There are fantastic shopping and dining options like Outback, Buffalo Wild Wings, and others nearby. The staff were pleasant and exceptional most of the time.

The staff here is so friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. A nice little corner to relax, a desk to jot down notes, and even an iron for your clothes in the room. The bed is top-notch comfy. Check-in is a breeze and they let you sleep in a bit with a late check-out option. 😊

We really enjoyed this well-maintained and absolutely great hotel. Amazingly nice and pleasant staff members provided a few recommendations. Our room was beautiful and huge and had hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was favorable, just a short distance from Southern Hills Mall.

The hotel had a clean lobby and room, with comfortable beds. The location was right next to the mall, making it convenient for shopping. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and hot tub that were open for use. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options including hot eggs, breakfast meat, sausage gravy and biscuits, rolls. The staff were friendly and helpful, greeting us warmly and providing excellent service throughout our stay.
